Hello! We’re trying to estimate proportion of viable cells from mosquito brains. We’ve tried Trypan Blue and various combinations of Acridine Orange, Hoechst, and Propidium Iodide. But possibly because the cells are extremely small, we’re having trouble estimating viability. Does any one have any tips for us?
