Richa Verma

Currently working as Chief Scientific Officer, at Sudha Gopalakrishnan Brain Centre (SGBC), IIT Madras. My current area of research is studying the development of the human brain. Broadly my research experience and interest have been in system neuroscience, retinal electrophysiology and designing outcome-based curriculum in higher education. My Ph.D. work was in retinal electrophysiology at The University of Melbourne, Australia. During my postdoctoral training, I studied the reorganization of the visual system in non-human primates, at the Department of Physiology, Monash University, Australia.
