Introduction
My research experience spans the fields of Cell biology, Oncology, Developmental Biology and Infectious diseases. At TIFR I work on the preclinical models of Zebrafish and 3D organoids. I generated zebrafish knockout for Lkb1 using CRISPR-Cas9 methodology and characterizing the differential regulation of microridge dynamics in the mutants. In a collaborative project I am probing for stress induced alterations in nutrient uptake by intestinal organoids derived from patients suffering from inflammatory bowel disease.
