Aprotim Mazumder

I am a faculty member at the Tata Institute of Fundamental Research Hyderabad. Our group is generally interested in processes of DNA Damage Responses and Gene Expression in the context of chromatin and cell nuclear architecture. We primarily use tools of microscopy, and also have an interest in quantitatively imaging gene expression in the context of development. I became a member of InSDB in 2018 in the run up to the meeting in Kanpur.
