Anuvab Chatterjee

I am currently pursuing my PhD in Developmental neurobiology at Indian Institute of Technology Kanpur under the supervision of Prof. Jonaki Sen. I am currently investigating the molecular & mechanistic basis of forebrain roof plate invagination during early embryogenesis. In my project, I am using techniques such as RNA in situ hybridisation ,in ovo electroporation, and light sheet microscopy to understand the most common forebrain congenital disorder in humans, holoprosencephaly.
