Anshul Bhide

I'm Anshul Bhide. I'm currently pursuing my Ph.D. in Applied Biology at the ICMR-National Institute for Research in Reproductive and Child Health with Dr. Deepak Modi. My doctoral research is focused on the "Development of Platforms for In Vitro Assessment of Placental Functions". During my tenure in his lab I got exposure and first-hand experience of working on different aspects of developmental biology. Right from Assessing infertility, embryo implantation, sex determination and placentation. COVID gave me a good opportunity to assess its impacts and how it affects pregnancy. My research has led to publications in reputable journals. I'm proud to have received several accolades, including the Best Innovation Award and various Best Poster Presentation awards at numerous conferences. I'm also proficient in microfluidic device designing and fabrication, alongside a range of molecular biology and bioinformatics techniques.
