The Latin American Developmental Biology Conference will bring together an interdisciplinary group of researchers with a shared focus on emerging issues in developmental biology. The conference will contribute to a long tradition of training students, postdoctoral fellows and young researchers in Latin America and has a mandate to promote diversity and gender balance at all levels. It will showcase research in all areas of developmental biology, including self-organization, morphogenesis and mechanics, genomic mechanisms of development, organ and systems development, regeneration, homeostasis, ageing and Evo-Devo.
It will be held in the picturesque coastal city of Valparaiso, Chile.
